Availability and Service Acceptance

Services are subject to caregiver availability, location, scheduling requirements, client needs, service compatibility, and any assessment or agreement required by Clever Home Health Care.

We reserve the right to determine whether we can appropriately and safely meet a prospective client's requested care needs.

Client Responsibilities

Scheduling and Extended-Hour Care

Requests to add, cancel, reschedule, or modify care should be submitted according to the applicable service agreement or scheduling policy.

Flexible and extended-hour services are subject to availability and should not be interpreted as guaranteeing 24-hour or immediate caregiver availability unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Scope of Household and Personal Care Support

Household support is limited to tasks agreed upon as part of the client's care arrangement.

Personal Care and Activities of Daily Living Assistance may include support with routine daily activities appropriate to the client's established care plan and the caregiver's permitted scope of services.

Services that require a licensed healthcare professional will not be performed by personnel who are not appropriately qualified or authorized to provide them.

Respite Services

Respite services are designed to provide temporary support for clients and relief for family or informal caregivers.

The nature, duration, schedule, and scope of respite services are determined according to the agreed service arrangement and caregiver availability.

Respite care does not replace emergency medical care or services that require a licensed medical provider.

Fees and Payments

Fees, billing arrangements, payment schedules, cancellation requirements, and any other financial terms applicable to home care services will be communicated separately as part of the applicable service arrangement.

Clients are responsible for charges associated with services they authorize, subject to the applicable agreement.

Online Shop Purchases

The website also currently contains a product shop, so purchases made through that shop may be subject to additional checkout, shipping, return, refund, or product-specific terms.

Website Requests and Service Relationships

You agree that information submitted through the website will be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Submitting a contact or service request does not create a caregiver-client relationship, medical-provider relationship, or guarantee acceptance for services.

A formal service relationship begins only after any required assessment, documentation, agreement, and acceptance process has been completed.
